The DeveloperPT Griya Development was formed in Bali in 2001, concentrating initially on the East coast of Bali and quickly emerged as the largest land acquisition company in the area. They are the only property company based in Bali to be interviewed for the Financial Times in London and the Asian Financial Revue in Australia. They launched their first development in 2003 and have subsequently built another 4 developments in Seminyak, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua and Tanjung Benoa, all of which sold out very quickly and were completed on schedule to the pleasure of many happy owners
